Teemu Seppänen: We had our second child in June

3. When starting in a new club with a new defence, what is the most important thing for you to work on in preseason?
I think there is no shortcuts to success, so most important thing is that we work with quality everyday and start right away doing the small things right. So it is a process during the season and we have to have good communication with goalies and defence and learn all the time during season to get better.
4. How have you spent the off-season?
Of course I have my practice what I need to do to be ready for season. I have spend lots of time with family and friend, and it has been special summer for us that we got our second child in june.
